No, first of all ServiceNow doesn't allow dumps. secondly, the existing dumps are known to have false-positives, so don't rely on those. And at last, only use the official training material provided by ServiceNow. If you're not confident in the material yet - don't force the exam. Rather utilize time to read the material one more time and start building.
