CSA 2026 Exam Latest Study Resources and Voucher

Hi everyone,

I’m preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam in 2026.

I would like to know:

1. Has anyone recently taken the CSA exam in 2026?

2. Can anyone recommend updated CSA 2026 study materials or practice questions based on the current exam blueprint?

3. Does anyone have legitimate CSA exam preparation resources that they can share?

4. Is anyone aware of any CSA exam voucher, discount code, or voucher promotion currently available?

5. If anyone has a legitimate unused CSA exam voucher that they are allowed to transfer/share, please let me know the details and applicable conditions.

I’m looking for resources relevant to the current 2026 CSA exam, rather than older exam material.

Any guidance, study resources, voucher information, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

As a ServiceNow trainer, I’m happy to share my thoughts based on my experience.

1. Has anyone recently taken the CSA exam in 2026?

I completed my CSA around 7 years ago and have been teaching and delivering ServiceNow training for almost 5 years.

For CSA preparation, I would recommend treating the official ServiceNow eBook and training as your single source of truth.

My advice is:

• Follow the official training material thoroughly.

• Read the eBook carefully, including the details and terminology.

• Complete all the recommended labs.

• Repeat the labs 3–4 times so you are comfortable with the concepts and navigation.

• Make sure you understand the concepts rather than relying only on memorising practice questions.

If you prepare consistently using the official material and practise the labs properly, you should be well prepared for the exam.

2. Can anyone recommend updated CSA 2026 study materials or practice questions based on the current exam blueprint?

Atul: The official ServiceNow eBook should be treated as the single source of truth for your preparation. Make sure your preparation aligns with the current official exam blueprint and training content.

3. Does anyone have legitimate CSA exam preparation resources that they can share?

Atul: The same guidance applies here — use the official ServiceNow training and eBook as your primary preparation resources.

4. Is anyone aware of any CSA exam voucher, discount code, or voucher promotion currently available?

Atul: I’m not currently aware of any confirmed promotion that provides a free or significantly discounted CSA exam voucher.

If your employer is a ServiceNow partner or customer, it may be worth checking with your organisation to see whether they have any applicable training or certification benefits.

5. If anyone has a legitimate unused CSA exam voucher that they are allowed to transfer/share, please let me know the details and applicable conditions.

Atul: Please be careful with this. Exam vouchers and certification benefits are subject to ServiceNow’s terms and policies, and transferring or sharing a voucher is illegal.

I would strongly recommend not participating in any unofficial voucher-transfer activity. If someone offers a voucher, verify the terms directly with the ServiceNow Learning team before proceeding.

Good luck to everyone preparing for the CSA! Focus on understanding the platform, completing the labs and using the official learning material rather than relying solely on question banks.

There no voucher concept anymore. No promotional offer is going on CSA at this moment.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.

CSA Tips:

• Completed  ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals  course from Servicenow University
• To lock in your concepts, the most effective way is to pair a fast-paced line memorization trick with direct verification in your sandbox or lab instance
• Practice all lab tasks in The given learning instance.
• Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Practice mock question with Correct Answer 
• Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice (if you have access, if your part of Partner company of Servicenow): https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
• Check the syllabus from  Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint
• Practice a lot with mock questions .
• If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
• Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.

Note: Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

First of all, for the ServiceNow CSA exam, there are two recommended prerequisite courses. These courses help you understand all the core ServiceNow concepts, configurations, and skills required to clear the CSA.

They also provide essential hands-on knowledge that every ServiceNow Administrator should have.

Start reading Servicenow CSA E-book , you will get your e-book from fundamental course .

Most of the time, people get bored reading such a big eBook. However, it is very helpful for the exam. If you have already gone through the concepts in the eBook, and the same topics appear in the exam, you can quickly recognize that those questions are from specific sections.

So, don’t ignore the eBook—try to complete it.

The most important parts of the eBook are the last sections, such as Security Center, Shared Responsibility Model, and ServiceNow Encryption. These sections are often overlooked, but based on personal experience, around 4–5 questions can come from them.

Also, most of the theory and concepts in the eBook are already covered in ServiceNow prerequisite courses, so it becomes easier to revise quickly.
