Can I link my ServiceNow history from a previous employer

I was recently laid off from my company and under my work email address I have built up a history of training courses with ServiceNow.  Am I able to link to the previous email address if I do not have access to the emailbox any longer?

refer to this article:

Merging (merge) my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges & vouchers to new email and if you need any kind of assistance, go to SN University and there's Help Centre in the top to raise a support case.

Unless the email box was used for MFA to log in, you can continue to use it.

Or you can create a new personal or new work account and merge it to it.
