Login into https://www.webassessor.com/SERVICE_NOW account with your servicenow credentials. or just click on forget password to create new one.

After login click on register for exam

There you can find price of all certifications:-

If your company is a servicenow partner , ask for partner portal access. That way you don't have to pay.

The company will incur the cost.

There's 3 costs associated with getting a ServiceNow certification and maintaining it.

1.  Cost of the pre-requisite education
   This will depend of the certification. Go to the Now Learning site to check the pre-requisites for the certification. Instructor led courses usually are more expensive than the on-Demand courses but some certification requires taking some instructor led course.

2.  Cost of an examination
   Most exam is US$300 per attempt. Failing the same exam 3 times would require re-taking the education. Re-take is also taken as an attempt. Taking an instructor led course will provide a voucher that may be used to make 1 attempt on the exam.
3. Yearly maintenance cost
   There is an US$200 yearly maintenance cost to keep certified.

There is also a need to take Delta exam within 90 days when a new version of ServiceNow is released. This is a free on-line exam. Since ServiceNow has been releasing new version every 6 months, it is necessary to take the delta exam every 6 months. Failing to pass the delta exam will revoke the certification.
