unable to attend the exam due to technical issue

Hi ServiceNow Team, 
 
I am unable to schedule ServiceNow CSA Exam. I am getting Voucher Code Expired in webassessor portal  
I previously scheduled exam for ServiceNow CSA 5 months back. But I previously faced faced technical issues with the online proctoring on the laptops I used, I tried rescheduling exam 2 times and tried to attempt the exam using 3 different laptops, But none of them worked well in my case. So I was unable to give the exam using online proctoring. Also I was not able to reschedule the exam because of covid wave the onsite exam centers were closed that time. 
Now when I am checking the receipt status on webassessor it shows assessment status as expired. 
Can I give the exam now using same voucher ? as I never attempted the exam previously due to technical issues. 
Below are the snapshots for the same. 
I also opened a support ticket for this issue with number CS0167785. Please respond.

You need to utilize the voucher within 12 Months. If your rescheduled date is beyond that date then you cannot use the voucher. 

Wait for the Case resolution or write to certification@servicenow.com.

Yes I am utilizing the voucher within 12 months. No update on case since last 1 week. 

You could have raised the case at that time of technical issue to reschedule the exam. Please write to certification@servicenow.com with details also refer to https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow/other-documents/SN%20Certification_LegalAgreement_Feb07.pdf

Hi Sumant,

According to ServiceNow's FAQ, need to contact ServiceNow. Not sure if technical problem on the user side will be classified as No Shows and Cancellations or Emergency Situation. The decision probably would depend on the person handling the ticket.

What if I need to reschedule my Mainline exam?

It is the responsibility of the test taker to reschedule a certification if deemed necessary through the My Assessments tab in Webassessor. The situations below state our policy for rescheduling an exam.

 • No Shows and Cancellations: A candidate may reschedule their exam if it is more than 72 hours in advance. If it is less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the candidate must either take the exam, or forfeit their registration fee. A seating fee and a client fee (if applicable) will be assessed as per contractual agreement.

Rescheduling Options for Exams. Because exams are administered over several days, candidates will continue to have the option to reschedule their test appointment without penalty within the same testing window provided the request is made 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment, and there is a seat available in which to take the exam. Candidates can reschedule an exam through Webassessor by selecting the ‘details’ of an upcoming exam and then selecting the ‘reschedule’ option.

Emergency Situations. Unforeseen emergencies (death in the family, family or health emergency) may occur that directly influence a candidate's ability to take an exam on the appointment day. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact certification@servicenow.com and provide complete information about the emergency, appropriate documentation, contact information, which exam was scheduled and the appointment time, and when you can reschedule.
