Can someone tell me what the current CSA exam version is based on?

I keep getting differing answers in my searches and I am confused as to how to even figure out where to get the information as to which version I am suppose to study from. I am currently looking to do the CSA exam and eventually the CAD.  I do not understand why it is so difficult to figure our which version to study from.

Thank you, is there a specific place I can find this information?

It should be available in Now Learning only. However, based on my experience, if you are already on the latest release and the issue is not related to the course content, the lab instance may be the area where the problem exists.

Labs are only available for a limited period, so the content cannot be retained indefinitely. I would suggest checking with the Now Learning team as they are the right contact for this.

Please also check your lab instance stats.do and confirm whether you are on the Zurich release or not. @theprofessi

For the CSA exam, I recommend:

Review the latest CSA Exam Blueprint on Now Learning.

Complete the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course.

Practice hands-on in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

Focus on understanding the platform concepts rather than memorizing release-specific features.

If you're planning to take the CAD exam afterward, the CSA knowledge provides a strong foundation, so investing time in the official training and blueprint is the best approach.
