My company is paying for my exam. I was able to get the taxes waived from the webassessor site by reaching out to customer service, but now i'm realizing I have to purchase the voucher from Service University first. Is there a way for me to get the taxes waived ? I've looked all over for a support number or email to contact Service University, but I'm not sure who to reach out to.
Also, I was told by someone who just passed the CSA, if I didn't take the exam by July 15th, I would have to start the CSA program all over because a new version is coming out. Is this true or will my current voucher still be eligible? I don't want to rush myself to take the exam next week If I don't feel ready.

If your company is paying for the exam then wouldn't it include the taxes as well for payment. If you still want to reach out to support you can reach out to Now Learning Support by clicking on the "Help Center" option you see on the ServiceNow University homepage and click on Create Case button.
For the July15th CSA exam question - Your Voucher will still be valid and there is no need to re-train or finish CSA required courses again. CSA exam is currently being administered based on the Xanadu version. It would transition to the new version Yokohama. So as long as you follow the release notes of Yokohama release and be aware of what new changes or additions are in place for the Yokohama release you should be good.

Hi @MTodd ,
Thanks for reaching out to community on exam and voucher related query. Please read all reply and answers in details.
Please consider below points:
1) All ServiceNow mainline exam ( like CSA, CAD and CIS ) registrations are voucher based, means we can't pay direct to webassessor.
2) Are you paying on your own pocket, if yes then you have to consider yearly payment ( current its $200 ) for all mainline certificate maintenance via delta exam.
3) If Employer is paying or reimbursing, you need to pay ServiceNow and get the voucher.
4) If Employer is partner with ServiceNow, and your learning portal mapped with employer emailId and employer has learning credit then you don't need to pay any single $ for voucher. Voucher will auto generate after you complete the course.
Note: Voucher is valid for ONE year. For CSA exam, new version will not impact much, read the below KB for CSA buleprint,
Re-consider all details and take right decision for certification exam.
If you have more question, post your query on below group page.

Hi @MTodd
If you're paying first and your company is reimbursing you later, then there's no way to waive the tax. This is treated as a self-purchase, and you’ll need to pay 18% tax on the $300 amount.
However, if your company provides you with learning credits and pays directly, then everything is covered — and there’s no tax for you

There is a blackout window, which means:
-
If you want to take the exam before July 15th, it will be based on the Xanadu release.
-
From July 16th to 22nd, there will be a blackout period — no exams will be conducted.
-
Starting July 23rd, the exam will be based on the Yokohama release.
Your voucher will remain valid for one year from the date of purchase, so if you want to wait and take the exam on the Yokohama release, I would say that's a good option.
