Cannot access ServiceNow University

I am unable to access ServiceNow University.  I recently (end of June) changed my user id in ServiceNow.  I can access Developer, Community, and ServiceNow documentation.  The screen keeps refreshing and says unauthorized.  I need help from ServiceNow to unlock my learning profile.  There was documentation of another person with the same issue.  

I have deleted cookies and browser cache in Chrome

Tried to access with the Edge browser

Rebooted computer.

What error are you getting?
It seems like you may have merged or changed your account, and now it's not syncing properly, which is causing the issue.

Hi @Jim Poisson. I found this post after experiencing the exact same issue when trying to log into ServiceNow University. Is someone able to assist or guide me to how to resolve this issue?
