ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course

I have been learing CSM and while in Knowledge check i have completed the video and strill it shows in progress . are there any questions to complete this knowledge check lesson . as i am not able to see any questions apart from the video

Hi @SamNelli 

• Go back to the video, start it again, and use your mouse to scrub (advance) the video as far forward as possible, letting it play for the last few seconds.
• Clear Cache/Change Browser: Try accessing the course in Google Chrome, or clear your browser's cookies and cache.
• Log Out/Log In: Completely log out of Now Learning and log back in, then return to the lesson.

If still the issue is not fixed, log a case to ServiceNow nowlearning.

Sometimes, In ServiceNow University it takes sometime to reflect the progress..

You may logout and login again to check .. If the progress is still not updated.. please raise a case with ServiceNow university..

first of all, let's focus on what course you are completing. You mentioned CSM but the title says SNAF...

Could you please tell which course are you talking about Customer Service Management (CSM) or ServiceNow Admin Fundamentals (SNAF)?

Then what video do you mean? If it is a part of the progress (I don't remember what was the content of that training when I took it myself), please share a screenshot to better understand it. Then you can try to re-watch it again to be accepted as completed.

It's not clear, share more context pls
