I am working on the ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Performance Analytics .

One of the tasks is:

odify the Open incidents widget as follows:

  • Enable Show target in the Display Settings section.

I cannot find the Display Settings section of the widget.

Thanks for your help!

Atul,

Thank you for your reply. Well, it took a little bit more than that to find the Display Settings. When I click on the lines that you indicated in the first image:

this Configuration section opens

Now, if I hover over the Open Incidents section, I see this "Edit Content" icon - it wasn't evident from the exercise instructions that I would need to click on that to find the Display Settings:

Once I clicked on that, I had to scroll down to find the Display Settings tab. It was there where I could select the Show Target option:

Nevertheless, your guidance to click on the 3 bars was helpful. From there, I was able to poke around and finally find the Display Settings.

I wrote the details in the hopes that it will help someone else.

Thanks again!

Louise

Hi @louiserp ,

Click on the three lines in the top right corner which will lead you to the widget configuration. Here you will have a widget setting for enabling "show target".

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
