I am trying to register for the Data Foundations exam.
The page seems to be hanging when it says it's picking up data from Pearson.
is there something I've overlooked and/or do others have a similiar experience?

Follow up with them . They will fix the issue.

I did try to access and register with different browsers and clearing cache etc.
Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem as it seemed to be server side related.
After raising a ticket with SN the matter was resolved in a couple of hours and I was able to register for the exam

Many people are booking their exam as the last date of the grace attempt is approaching, so the system may be under heavy load and this could cause login or booking issues.
A possible suggestion is to try booking during non-peak hours, such as late at night or early morning, when system traffic is lower. Another simple step is to clear your browser cache and try again.
If the issue still persists, it is better to wait for 1–2 days, as it may be an internal system issue that resolves automatically.
