Capstone project in ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Task 3 Verification

Hi there,

On the 3rd task in the capstone project, to verify the flow has been activated the system admin impersonates a user to order the sFone, and after that, the boss (Bud Richman) must approve it. When I am impersonating Bud, there are no issues to be approved even though the request can be seen on the user side.

Has anyone completed this task and encountered the same problem?

Hi,

I have an issue working in Task 3 (Capstone Project). I followed all the steps, verified all the steps. When I am making final step 'Execution', its not displaying Flow Progress instead opening the Flow Engine Contexts with records showing State 'Waiting'. How do I fix this problem?
