I currently work as Service Level Manager. I have experience in ServiceNow for more than 7 years basically in reporting, tickets, SLAs, Dashboards. I would like to progress my career fully in ServiceNow but I am confused which Career Journey to chose. My questions:
- Is performance analytics good career for me? Previously it was listed under Application Specialist but now I cannot see this career journey.
- Is it mandatory to do CSA certification before progressing to other career journey?
- What about implementer journey? Which field in implementer journey is most in demand now-a-days?
- I am least interested in coding and development. What about business analyst role?
Please help.

@RajatC Yes, indeed it is a good career options. In fact, I have seen many cases where BAs play more important role than the developers. BAs pay scale is usually at par or higher than he developers in some cases.
Please mark the response an accepted solution if it manages to answer your question.
