My name is Abdellatif and I graduated as a software engineer from EHTP in Morocco. ServiceNow enterprise cloud stuff has caught my interest lately and I want to shift my career into that area. I am studying for the CSA certification right now and using my personal developer instance to practice some. Joining this community feels good and I think it could help with getting started.
Practical advice on CSA learning paths would be useful since I am not totally sure about the order of things. The hands on practice seems important but maybe there is more to it than that. I might be oversimplifying the transition part a bit. Happy to connect with everyone here.
