Catalog item course content

Hi All - I'm a new ServiceNow admin and I'm trying to find some course content that is a deep dive on building the catalog. I've gone through the administrator course, but I feel like this only touches lightly on creating items. I'm looking for something that goes in depth through approvals, assignment rules, taxonomy, catalogs, etc... I don't see a Now Learning item specifically focused on this topic - or am I missing it? If there isn't is there something else you would suggest?

Thanks!

Hi,
I am still wondering if you are talking about "Service Catalog", or not, but how about this course?
If it is far away from your point, please ignore it!
