We would want to actively promote ServiceNow on demand training within our team.  We are wondering if it is possible to have 2 resources, have access to the learning progress of 25+ people in order to assign modules for completion and validate progress.  

 

Since not all modules provide a formal certification, this view would be very helpful for us.

I am not sure what is your exact question, but if you have access of Training & certification, you can download the report  of your team in daily basis and track it easily.

Atul, when you speak of access to training and certification and the ability to download daily reports for our team  ... do you have a link to provide ?  This sounds great and would totally meet our needs.

Also note that we are not the platform team, we support only ITSM.

I don't have the link with me, as the weekly report of training was shared by my boss with status. You can check on User Management - Partner Portal (service-now.com).

 

If you dont find any thing, log a support case via partner portal only. or reach out to your SN account representative.
