Catalog Item Stuck In Review State SNAF Lab 5.2

I have been stuck on SNAF Lab 5.2 for hours because I cannot get the Infinity HHD catalog item to Publish. In Catalog Builder, it stays In Review. When I view the item in Maintain Items, it has a little triangle in front of it. If I try and change it to Active, it says "Making a draft item active is restricted." I'm not finding any duplicate items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's better to follow one approach: either create the item in the Maintain Item or the Catalog Builder. It's been noted that when trying to work on the item in both the Builder and Native simultaneously, it can get stuck. So, either delete the item and start fresh, or continue in the Builder, review, and then publish.

Thank you for your reply. After a day or two, the item went active. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it seems to have resolved itself.
