Good morning everyone, this morning I completed the Delta exams for the CSA and CSM certifications in order.
For the first, everything went well. For the second, however, after submitting everything, I found that the certification and the related certification suites had expired. What happened? Is it a bug? Do I have to wait?

Hi Buddy
When you pass a Delta exam, the certification status doesn’t always update immediately. There can be a delay in the certification refresh process, during which the certification and related certification suites may temporarily show as expired.
What usually happens:
The Delta exam result is recorded correctly
The backend job that revalidates and reissues the certification runs later
Once that process completes, the certification and suites return to Active
In most cases, this resolves itself within 24–48 hours. If it’s still showing expired after that window, then its worth opening a case with ServiceNow Certification Support so they can manually sync the status.
So for now, Id recommend waiting a bit its almost always just a timing/sync issue after completing Delta exams.

Hi @AxlRose993
I do not agree with @Matthew_13 . In my last 10 years of experience in SN and certs, I have never seen delta completion cause the mainline to expire. This is not expected behaviour.
I strongly recommend logging a Now Learning help case. Many people are doing delta exam, and there are no reports on the community or LinkedIn about this issue, which suggests something is wrong.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
