Certification cost increased?

Hi All,

short question - have all certification courses prices increased in 2022? Seems that every single 3 day course cost 2400 USD? So to be certified implementation specialist - service management cost 4800 Dollars even though I have ServiceNow fundamentals?  Or is there something that I have missed since the learning portal upgrade?

Hi there,

$2400 sounds like the same price as the past few years. So increased, no, not if that's still the price.

Some courses, you could now also take the On Demand version, which is actually way cheaper. For example the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand course, which is $300 for the course + $300 for the exam voucher.

Hi @Mark Roethof ,

Thank you for your answer, though I'm unsure if it's correct or not. In October 2020 I paid for Performance analytics fundamentals which cost 595 USD. If I chose the same course today, it cost 1700 USD. That seems to me, to be a price increase of roughly 285%. 

Is there something that I'm missing?
