Certified Admin training - Can I save my instance settings? I keep losing my modifications

Hi All,
I'm currently working through the 

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course.
Loving the content and learning, I am finding that most of the chapters and labs have a dependency on labs 3.1-3.4 which is fine.

The issue I have is due to my demands at my place of work, it can be a couple of weeks between learning sessions.
However my training instance can only be open for up to 14 days and I have now had to rebuild the module 3 labs twice before I could continue on the later chapters.

Is there a way to 'export' my instance customisation so if I am unable to get back to my course for more then 14 days I can reload where I am up to? this will be an issue around the holiday break this year as my business shuts down over the holiday period.

TL;DR:
Can I save my training instance settings so when I need to spin up a new instance I don't have to rebuild the baseline changes made during my course every 2 weeks?
