Challenging the CIS-ITSM exam

I recently passed my CSA, but the first time I took it, I failed. It turns out I had actually been studying for the CIS-ITSM exam! So I'd like to take that exam ASAP. It looks like the only way to get a voucher to take it is to take the course, which costs $500 USD. Is there any way to challenge this exam without taking the whole course? I have a fair bit of experience working with SN, and it seems like a waste of money to me.

There is no way. you need to complete course after paying amount and then only you will be eligible to get the voucher. With Voucher you will be able to appear for the exam so other way.

in short-- No Exam without Voucher and no Voucher without completing Course after paying the amount.

Yes, the pre requisite Course is mandatory to get CIS ITSM voucher.

If you join a ServiceNow partner company, the courses and vouchers you will get for free. (You'll get learning credits from the partner)

If you have plans to join one in future, you may postpone your plans to appear for the exam.

The short answer is no - the only solution is to take the mandatory training to obtain the voucher.
