CIS certification

Hi ServiceNow Team,

I have done my CSA(Mar 2023) and CIS-ITSM(June 2023).

It is showing that CSA got expired as I didnot take Delta exam.

Does that mean my CIS-ITSM also got expired as well?

Can I take my other CIS(like CIS-GRC, CIS-CSM) without renewing my CSA. I can take exam directly from webassessor directly?

I dont want to take CSA again as I dont have any partner portal access now, my company is no longer a partner with ServiceNow.

Can someone please guide me.

A: No, you can go to NowLearning to see what is expired and what is not.

A: Yes, there is no dependency.

I can take exam directly from webassessor directly?

A: You need to take the offical training through NowLearning to obtain a voucher and then purchase the exam.

A: You need to take the offical training through NowLearning to obtain a voucher and then purchase the exam.

Is it possible, I can directly go through exam by registering in webassessor without through Nowlearning to botain a voucher, on on demand courses are not free, voucher is expired for me.

To go through exam again you need to have a voucher means you need to complete On demand training and get the voucher. You can't go for exam directly.

No, you need to take to training to be able to purchase the voucher. First after this point you can go for the exam.
