CIS-Data Foundations Certification got revoked

Hi Community,
I have recently merged my ServiceNow account to my Company Account and my CIS_DF Certification is missing, I have raised a Case and got to know that it was Revoked by ServiceNow due to suspicious activity (looking off screen) which not my intension to cheat. I have taken the CIS-Data Foundations exam on Mar - 17 through web proctor Pearson Vue.
Later that I tried to register again for the same exam, but it is not allowing me to register. I have raised a ticket to Help Center.
I don't know what to do. And I have a deadline to Complete my CIS-HAM and CIS-DISCO, but it is not allowing me to register for Exam.
Can anyone please help me on this.

ahoy @SIDDHANTDIG,
support case raised at the SN University - Help Centre is your only option. Even if you share the case number, none of us have access to it, only dedicated ServiceNow employees...
Perhaps @Jim Poisson could know what to do?

Unfortunately, I cannot address certification issues. Those are handled by a dedicated team. I'll see if I can get the ticket raised to them.

Hi @Jim Poisson ,
The ServiceNow Support Engineer closed my case as a duplicate. However, for the original case, I was informed that it has been assigned to the Security Team. It has been five days since then, and I have not received any updates.
Could you please check whether the ticket has been correctly assigned to the Security Team and provide an update on its current status?
