Hi Community,
I have recently merged my ServiceNow account to my Company Account and my CIS_DF Certification is missing, I have raised a Case and got to know that it was Revoked by ServiceNow due to suspicious activity (looking off screen) which not my intension to cheat. I have taken the CIS-Data Foundations exam on Mar - 17 through web proctor Pearson Vue.
Later that I tried to register again for the same exam, but it is not allowing me to register. I have raised a ticket to Help Center.
I don't know what to do. And I have a deadline to Complete my CIS-HAM and CIS-DISCO, but it is not allowing me to register for Exam.
Can anyone please help me on this.

My Certification got revoked again, I have attempted and again it got revoked. Might be I am giving the Exam from Workplace is impacting the Exam Policy. Could you please and help me to assign this case to correct team to get addressed

even I got the same issue, you got the option for retake for free or by paying retake fees?
and you mentioned it got revoked again? is it happened twice?
Please guide me further what you did for retake?

Yes, my certification has been revoked twice.
I first took and passed the exam on 17 March and received the certification email. However, the certification was revoked on 25 May. I then raised a ServiceNow Support case, and they provided me with one free exam attempt. I retook the exam on 3 June and passed it again, but unfortunately, the certification was revoked once more on 22 June.
I have raised another ServiceNow Support case regarding this issue and am currently awaiting their response.

Hi Sidhant,
Same issue happened to me, I have passed the exam on 7th april 2026 offline on center itself. It was showing passed and got the certificate in nowlearning till June 2026 before, but today I have logged in and got the exam is showing policy breached and ServiceNow is showing to retake the exam again for me. But this is surprised and I did not understand after passing the exam on center. how it reflects policy breached. this is bad policy I've been seen from ServiceNow. In center what policy we all can have breached, did not understand. If any one could see from ServiceNow employee, please check.

could you specify, by "offline" you mean sitting an exam at a test centre?
Let's try to find out what happened..
First of all, login to your SN University account and navigate to My Exams tab
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/my-exams
and locate the CIS DF tile to see your exam status - Passed, Need to Register, etc...
It could give you some idea already, what state do you see there? If passed, then everything is alright, if something else, please share what's there.
Also, check your mailbox; after completing any exam you will receive an email saying passing x non-passing score. If you see that you had passing score and your exam is not in passed state then create case at the SNU > Learning centre (click the Create a case on the right side).
