CIS-Data Foundations Certification got revoked

Hi Community,

I have recently merged my ServiceNow account to my Company Account and my CIS_DF Certification is missing, I have raised a Case and got to know that it was Revoked by ServiceNow due to suspicious activity (looking off screen) which not my intension to cheat. I have taken the CIS-Data Foundations exam on Mar - 17 through web proctor Pearson Vue. 

Later that I tried to register again for the same exam, but it is not allowing me to register. I have raised a ticket to Help Center.

I don't know what to do. And I have a deadline to Complete my CIS-HAM and CIS-DISCO, but it is not allowing me to register for Exam.

Can anyone please help me on this.

Yes, as I specify to have done the exam offline which means at authorized test center on 7th April 2026.
As I mentioned, I took the exam fully in-person at a physical Pearson VUE authorized test centre. It was showing passed till June 2026 and was valid and active a prior, but suddenly now an automatic system update changes it to policy breach and invalided. It is showing policy breached status. I got an ServiceNow invalidation process email. This is strange in taken the exam on center how anyone can breach the policy under all security.

Yes after the exam I got the email from pearson and servicenow for passed scorecard report and the status was also shown as passed in nowlearning untill Jun 2026, I have checked and followed up. Created a case also - CS0628781

I took the exam at authorized center on 7th April 2026 and after completed on the same date I got a congrates email from servicenow. Attached for reference
