Hi @Manal Aquil ,
It is not mandatory to do it with employer's ID (If you are not expecting any reimbursement). You can complete training from your own Email id and then claim the voucher- Pay and schedule your exam.
If you are looking for any reimbursement from your employer then you need to do from their ID only.

Hi @Manal AQUIL
I think no you can't buy vouchers your own but there is catch. If your company is asking you to pay first and then reimburse then it is easy but if you working with partner company, then you get free vouchers but again depends on your company agreement with SN.
Better ask your employer for same and get clarified.

Hi @Manal Aquil
No, you can't purchase vouchers as they are personalized and yes, training is mandatory.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @Manal Aquil
I think this is just a short-term solution — consider the bigger problem.
-
If you complete the training using your personal ID, you’ll have to maintain two Now Learning accounts — one personal and one for your employer (if you’re currently employed).
-
Your personal certifications won’t appear in your employer’s portal. This means your employer might ask you to retake the certification, as organizations benefit from their employees’ verified certifications.
-
Every year, ServiceNow releases new versions, and you must take the delta exams to stay certified. To maintain your SPM certification, you’ll need to pay an annual maintenance fee of $200; otherwise, it will expire.
