CMP Delta Exams closed in the middle of the day

I was completing my final CMP exams today on April 16th, ~6pm Mountain Time. I complete the ITSM Delta, then after returning to the home page can no longer can find my remaining two Delta exams for VR and HR.

 

I notice that 6PM Mountain is 12 UTC, so it seems that exams closed based on a timezone that I have nothing to do with. This is ridiculous that exams would close in the middle of a working day. I could not find any communication where a timezone was mentioned.

I can't find them either. I finished one, have two to go but they don't show up. Only 'you have two certifications at risk'.  AnnoyingAF

Although you guys are wild, living life on the edge, and leaving it so late.

 

Sadly, I think the answer is in the reminder email ServiceNow sent out. As below: you need to pass the deltas "before April 16, 2026":

I guess all you can do is open a support case through SN University. Hopefully they are lenient!

Absolutely. And, psychologically, when you read a date associated with a deadline, the natural assumption is that the deadline is the end of that day. 

 

Surely, if you argue the case, they will have to let you take the deltas?
