CMP Delta Exams closed in the middle of the day

I was completing my final CMP exams today on April 16th, ~6pm Mountain Time. I complete the ITSM Delta, then after returning to the home page can no longer can find my remaining two Delta exams for VR and HR.

I notice that 6PM Mountain is 12 UTC, so it seems that exams closed based on a timezone that I have nothing to do with. This is ridiculous that exams would close in the middle of a working day. I could not find any communication where a timezone was mentioned.

Hi @Matthew Frazier ,

That’s unfortunate, but please don’t feel discouraged. Stay focused on your preparation and give the exam another attempt—you can absolutely succeed.

I’ve had an experience on this re-certification part. During a job change, I lost one of my certificates. Even though I had a PDF and screenshots, support wasn’t able to retrieve or restore it. It was disappointing, but I chose to retake the exam, passed it again, and moved forward.

Please mark this response as Helpful & Accept it as solution if it assisted you with your question.

@Matthew Frazier - don't take a semi-literate message from L1 support as the final word. The screenshot you shared showing the 17th is a pretty clear indication of confusion and ambiguity on ServiceNow's side. They have caused the problem here. Escalate.
