it is an instructor led course and Im pretty sure they owe me a voucher I tried contacting them it takes too long and the system update for websessor is happening soon so its a huge issue if the voucher wont be issued befre NOV 18b. a

as the attachment shows Its an instructor led course I should not be paying for a voucher they owe me it for free for playing for the instructor course the same way I got a free voucher for CSA CIS ITSM and discovery same way they owe me the CAD voucher

I don't think that's right @GlideFather. It's always been the case that if you pay for the Instructor Lead Training, the cost of sitting the exam is included. I don't believe that's changed. So, after Nov17, @MariaRivkin should be entitled to sit the exam without paying.
As we've both suggested, she should resolve this by creating a case on SN University.

Sorry, @MariaRivkin - I get your question now. Yes, of course, if you've completed the instructor led training you shouldn't have to pay again to sit the exam.
If you haven't received a voucher, you need to log in to SN University and open a support case. They will sort it out for you.
