Error in ServiceNow University Course

Hello everyone!

 

I've been trying to access an on-demand course, but I keep getting the same error message. This happens to me using my partner account and to my friends using their personal accounts. We've tried several browsers, cleared the cache, and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to solve this?

 

The error is:

 

Error occurred!

Failed to load player dependencies

Error: Failed to load resource file: 'js/resources/AppStrings.pt-br.js?cache=3437284', reason: , status: 404

@Dr Atul G- LNG I changed the browser language to English (the same language as the course) and it worked. Thank you for your attention.

I tried in several browsers, on another machine, clearing the cache and nothing has worked. I can't open a case, my user isn't authorized.
