日本語でCSAを受験しようとしたところ間違って別言語でバウチャーチケットを使用し申し込みをしてしまいました
その後、キャンセルを行い日本語で再度申し込みをしようとしたところバウチャーが使えなくなってしまいました
バウチャーをもう一度使うのは不可能なのでしょうか?
申し込みサイトの表記は、プロモーションコードが無効です。と表示されます

how did you get the voucher?
Are you working for a company which is partner of ServiceNow?

No, it is not possible to use the same voucher again since you already used it to book the exam. At this point, you can only try to retake the exam if that option is available; otherwise, you will need to purchase a new voucher. You can log a Now Learning case, but please note that the Now Learning team will not be able to issue a new voucher.
