CSAのバウチャーについて

日本語でCSAを受験しようとしたところ間違って別言語でバウチャーチケットを使用し申し込みをしてしまいました

その後、キャンセルを行い日本語で再度申し込みをしようとしたところバウチャーが使えなくなってしまいました

バウチャーをもう一度使うのは不可能なのでしょうか？

申し込みサイトの表記は、プロモーションコードが無効です。と表示されます

Does this mean that the voucher used when canceling an exam cannot be used in CSA?

I’ve seen a few cases before where members were able to claim the voucher if they canceled the exam at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. The community can help to some extent, but submitting a Now Learning case is the best option. You can inform them that you canceled the exam, and the team will reassign the voucher so you can book again. Just be patient, as their response might take some time.
