CSA certificate not showing in NOW learning Portal / profile

It has been six days that I passed the CSA exam and my certificate is still not showing up in the "brand-new" Now Learning portal / profile. My webassessor account's email and NOW profile's webassessor emails are the same. I created a case after waiting for two days. After one day of the case creation, a NOW learning team member updated my case saying that he has "fixed" some info on my account and that it will take 24-48 hours to sync my profile and then my certificate will be visible. Well, 48 hours passed and my certificate was still not visible. I asked the NOW learning team about the next step via the same case but no one added any new comments or changed the state of my case. After waiting one more day, I emailed certification@servicenow.com. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from them either.
As of today, it has been six days that I passed the exam but my Now learning profile does not show my certificate. The Now learning team has not updated my case for last three days. It seems that Now learning team has given up on my case. It has been 24 hours that I contacted certification@servicenow.com but I have not heard from this email either.
I have taken ITIL, CISSP, and PMP certification but have never experienced this kind of hopeless and bad customer experience. This is definitely not a good user experience when after passing the exam you have to create a case and send emails to get your certificate, which I still have not received even after six day.
Does anyone know should be done next?

Hello,
Did you take the CSA course via the online simulator? Thus netting you a free voucher for the exam?
As far as what else should be done, unfortunately, we here on the forums can't really assist you. You've emailed the email address I was going to mention, you've created a case and spoken to someone from the SN Now Learning Team. That's really about it. Perhaps tomorrow (Monday) or very early this week an employee from SN will see this and assist you, but I find it a bit odd that something needed to the "fixed" on your account. This sounds like there could be more to the story and you also did an email change/SSO change right before this exam situation or during or something like that or your webassessor accounts didn't match up before hand and was changed after, else there wouldn't be anything that needed to be fixed, at least from my experience and logical guessing.

It is the SN learning team tech who wrote that "something needed to be fixed" and that he took care of it but he never told me what was fixed.
I did not change email/SSO of my SN profile or of my webassessor account right before, during, or after the exam situation. I just checked my SN profile to see that it has the same webassessor email, and it had. I didn't change anything.
So, there is nothing more to the story.
It is not the exam/voucher but it is the visibility of a certification that is in question.
By the way, the cert is still not showing and now word from SN Learning support team

I have the exact same problem, the certification is not showing up on the nowlearning platform, even though it shows as Completed on the webassessor platform since March 5th. I used the same email address for both platforms, so that shouldn't be an issue.
What I've noticed, is that the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator path on the nowlearning platform is incomplete for me. This is probably because I didn't use the Register Exam button. I only looked at the Blueprint and Certification FAQ documents and registered for the exam directly on the webassessor platform (with the same email address).
Any suggestions on what to do next? I'm looking for the email address to raise a case.

Hi,
I have successfully cleared the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.
However, when I try to verify my certification on the ServiceNow Certification portal, the Certificate Name and Certificate Date are not displaying.
Could you please guide me on what I need to do in order to resolve this issue? Any assistance in verifying my certification details would be greatly appreciated.
