Unable to Download CSA PDF Certificate

Hello ServiceNow Certification Support,

I successfully passed the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam on July 21, 2026.

My certification is visible in my Now Learning profile, and I have already claimed my Credly badge. However, I cannot find any option to download the PDF certificate from the portal.

Could you please confirm whether a PDF certificate is available for my certification? If it is, could you help enable or provide access to download it?

On the My Learning tab in ServiceNow University, scroll to the bottom and you should see a section labeled My credentials. In the upper right-hand corner of each tile, you should see 3 vertical dots. Click those dots and you should see View & Download options.

If you're not seeing those options or even a card for your certification, then open a case with University Support.

You can click on options from the Certification card in My Achievements and click Download.

Hi @afreedshaik,

Follow the below steps:

• Correct Navigation: Log into Now Learning, click your profile icon, go to My Achievements, and select Certifications.

• Use the Menu: Click the three-dot (more/ellipsis) icon next to your CSA certificate listing and select Download.

• Browser Settings: Disable pop-up blockers or switch to a different browser if clicking download causes no action.
