CSA Certification Expired After Missing Delta (Xanadu to Zurich) – Request for Guidance

Hi,

I was CSA certified and maintained my certification till Xanadu release.

Due to medical reasons, I missed the Zurich delta exam window and now my certification is expired.

Is there any way to regain certification without retaking the full exam?

Or any exception process available?

Once it expires, it’s gone. I don’t think you can get any further time—you’ll need to appear for the exam again and complete the training.

Hope you are fine now.

There is no way to regain the certificate again if delta exam is missed as timeline was given.

Prepare for the exam again. This time you have to register the exam within Servicenow University as you know- Since November 18, 2025, ServiceNow has fully transitioned its certification exam delivery from Webassessor to Pearson VUE.

Tips: 

• First again complete  ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals  course from Servicenow University
• Practice again all lab task in The given learning instance.
• Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Practice mock question with Correct Answer 
• Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
• Check the syllabus from  Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint
• If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
• Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.

We understand that you maintained your CSA certification through the Xanadu release but were unable to complete the Zurich Delta exam, which resulted in your certification expiring.

The Zurich Delta exam window has now closed, and we are unable to reopen the exam window or provide any further extension. Since the certification has expired, you will need to appear for the certification exam again to regain the certification.
