Hi there,
Is it mandatory to complete Service Now Administration Fundamentals in order to take CSA exam? I have created my webassessor account, can I directly register for CSA exam without completing Service Now Administration Fundamentals?

Hi there,
No voucher... no exam. How to obtain a voucher? By following the Fundamentals course. For instructor led it will include a voucher, for on demand you can buy the voucher after the course.

Hi Mark. Is the Fundamentals course all that is needed to prepare for the exam? If necessary, what other training materials do you recommend?

I found the mock exams from SkillCertPro to be super helpful. I took the exam after I got 90%+ on the mock exams.

You must have to complete the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course to get the voucher and then only you can register for CSA exam.

I have a question too, will the NowLearning team go through the completed courses in order to issue the certificate? And the Fundamentals course doesn't have a validate option for the Labs, since I have prior experience can I just skip them? but I am worried that if the team checks it they might revoke my certificate. can you please answer this?
