CSA - Certification

I enrolled myself to CSA certification and completed the training on December 2023.

I got the voucher and thought of giving it a short. 

I got into a different role so couldn't focus on preparing for the exam. It's been a year now and I still haven't appeared for the exam. Now my voucher is expired. 

My current role is changing and I want to complete this certification now. It is both essential and mandatory. 

Can anyone help how to go about this?

Nope, sorry. Once the voucher expires after a year, that's it. Your only option is to enrol in the course again to receive a new voucher.

 

However, if your employer is a ServiceNow partner, they may have access to free training, so definitely check that out.

Once a voucher expires, you need to go through the training again and get a new voucher. If you are not working with a partner company, you need to pay for training and Voucher again.

By default voucher validity is one year and if you have not consumed within one year then it will be no longer valid.

You need to opt a course to get the new voucher, that is the only way to get the new voucher.

You cannot reuse your expired voucher. You have to request a new one.
