CSA Certification

I intend to write the CIS-ITSM certification but my CSA is expire. Is it possible for me to go ahead to write the CIS-ITSM exam without rewriting the CSA?

Hi @cagomuoh - yes you can go ahead.

There is no requirement to have completed the CSA before taking any CIS exam.

yes, you can go for ITSM or any other mainline exam without giving CSA.

I am getting conflicting information about this. As of 01/07/2026 do you have to have a CSA certification in order to take the CIS-ITSM exam? Or can you just take the CIS-ITSM exam without being CSA certified?
