Complete the course - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Learning Path - ServiceNow University.

Complete the labs exercises as mandatory and also practice in PDI.

Go through the CSA Blueprint - Credentials - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint - Knowledge Portal.

Practice mock tests in MeasureUP - NEW: Official Practice Tests Now Available for CIS... - ServiceNow Community.

Fee Structure - Cost of Mainline certification exams - ServiceNow University.

Registration for Exam - Registering for a Pearson VUE exam - ServiceNow University.

Since you are paying and attempting the exam, once you feel confident then register & schedule the exam.

Here is csa blueprint please refer once :

Currently CSA exam fee is $300 + with tax .
You can attempt this exam at exam center or online  also . But I personally recommend you to attend  all servicenow exam at exam center only , because if any issue get rise exam center faculty can resolve themself so its more easier to appear for exam .
