Please refer https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/get-started-with-servicenow-university-resources/submitting-a... to raise the case.
Once you raise the case then you will receive a case number along with a confirmation page that includes options to rate your experience, download the Now Support mobile app, and track your case online.
The ServiceNow help desk team will respond to your case. Also you to track its status and awaiting a resolution from the appropriate support team

You create a case and they tell you what they'll do. You will at least get an explanation and what will be the next steps.
