Due question reading my exam is get suspend and still showing is process also 2nd voucher is not showing can some one help me in it

Please refer https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/get-started-with-servicenow-university-resources/submitting-a... to raise the case.
Once you raise the case then you will receive a case number along with a confirmation page that includes options to rate your experience, download the Now Support mobile app, and track your case online.
The ServiceNow help desk team will respond to your case. Also you to track its status and awaiting a resolution from the appropriate support team

You create a case and they tell you what they'll do. You will at least get an explanation and what will be the next steps.

The exam got suspended, and there could be multiple reasons for this. It might have been due to some suspicious activity observed during the exam. However, in the system, it's still showing as 'in progress.'

As a community, we're unable to assist directly in such cases, but here are two actions you can take:

  • Contact Webassessor support via live chat to get clarification.

  • Reach out to ServiceNow (SN) to see if they will allow the use of a second voucher, especially if the suspension was due to a technical issue while a final decision is still pending."
