CSA exam suspended

My CSA exam was suspended because of web camera problems. Can I get another voucher to reschedule the exam?

Yes, you can log a case with the Now Learning team through the Help Centre. Explain your situation, and the team will guide you. Logically, you should receive a new voucher.
