Hi @AbhyudayR - the exam you sit will be the version that is current at the time you present.

As per the Webassessor website, testing will be under Vancouver until July 15. No exams can be scheduled between July 16-29. From July 30 through until early 2025, you'll be sitting the Washington D.C. version of the exam.

My advice: sit the exam when you feel ready rather than rushing to meet the July 15 Vancouver deadline. The exam is focused on your overall understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with very little focus on the changes between the two most recent releases. If you have a good understanding of platform, you'll pass with no problems, whichever version you sit.

Good luck with your study and the exam!

Hi there,

Reading your question I think an article I wrote 4 months ago answers all your questions:
- 2024-04-02 - Blog - Vancouver > Washington DC Webassessor blackout period

Do be aware that vouchers have a limited time that they are valid for.

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about the version. If you take the exam on Washington DC while your course was on Vancouver, it won't be like half of the questions are new and all Washington DC related. By far not! From experience and what others shared, not even 5 out of 60 questions would change based on the newest release. Most questions have been around for a while, are applicable for several releases, etc..

Hi @Harish Bainsla

Are these links trustworthy for the answers provided

Hi @lavanyachan - Never assume answers to questions on these unofficial sites are correct. Often they are not. The best use for these sites is to enhance what you've already learned. Think about EACH question and then apply your knowledge to decide if you think they've got the answer right, and why (or why not).

On these unofficial sites, always double-check the answers on your PDI. I found a site that offered 150 questions for an exam I was prepping for and found at least 10% of the questions were wrong.

Don't assume anything other than the official ServiceNow documentation is correct.  Feel free to use it, but doublecheck the answers.

Thankyou very much @Harish Bainsla, those links definitely proved to be quite helpful in my preparation, and i am glad to share with you that i am now CSA and CAD certified!
