The link to "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Course Materials.zip" does not wor

In the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course there is a link to download a zip file (in subject) that contains materials to complete the course, but the zip doesn't open.

I searched the link in the Article KB0010503, from the Help Center, but it does not work either from within the course or from the Help Center page. None of the zipped files are downloaded. How can I download the documentation to continue with the course? Can someone help me? Thank you

In the nowlearning portal, create a case from "Help center" so that the concerned team will look into this issue.

No, don't create a case. This is a known issue. Just use the link provided here by @Dr Atul G- LNG:

I've tested it, and the link is currently working. If it's not working for you, it's possibly a firewall issue related to your organisation.

Thank you all, with the alternative link I was able to open and unzip the file, using another zip program (the zip file contained in the course did not open with any program)
