CSA exam voucher is not showing under My voucher in ServiceNow learning page

HI All , I have completed all required learning path for CSA exam , and got badge for Eligibility for CSA Voucher Badge ,But I am not seeing the voucher details in my voucher page. Ticket is already open for this . Please help

Yes My case has been resolved, wait for ServiceNow help desk . They will assign it to you

I met the same issue as you. How long did you get reply from ServiceNow support center?

Did your issue get resolved?  I am experiencing the same and still waiting for my case to be reviewed.

Yes Help Desk has assigned a voucher to me

same here , case not been updated for a week
