CSA exam voucher issue

I have completed my CSA course and after completing it I recieved the exam voucher and the csa exam eligibility badge but upon claiming the voucher it asks for 300 usd, I have linked my web assessor account as well. Can anyone guide me how to claim the voucher and schedule my exam. I have seen several videos online where upon claiming the voucher it doesn't asks for 300 usd.

You have to pay 300 USD for voucher.

Total cost of CSA : 600 USD + Tax.

If you are working with ServiceNow Partner company then only it will be free.

It all depends if your ServiceNow ID is related to a ServiceNow partner or not. For ServiceNow partners, there is no cost associated with the OnDemand training or/and the registration for an exam. If you're not associated with a partner, then the cost of 300USD + TAX is correct. So 300USD for the OnDemand course + 300USD for the exam = 600USD + TAX for the CSA training + exam.
