Hello,
I am facing an issue with scheduling my Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam and would appreciate guidance.
I completed all the required prerequisite courses, including the instructor-led ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training. After completing the requirements, I redeemed my CSA voucher while the platform was still using Kryterion Webassessor.
However, after the migration to Pearson VUE, my voucher was not transferred. The system still shows the full exam fee of 300 USD when I attempt to register, and my voucher code is marked as invalid.
Additionally, the âEligibility for CSA Voucherâ badge on Now Learning is now showing **expired / at risk**, even though I had already claimed the voucher before the expiration date.
Meanwhile, other learners who attended the same instructor-led training and redeemed their vouchers at the same time as I did have already registered for their CSA exams successfully without paying, as their vouchers were migrated correctly to Pearson VUE. I appear to be the only one stuck due to the migration issue.
To summarize:
- All CSA prerequisite learning paths are completed
- Voucher was redeemed before the platform migration
- Voucher was issued under Kryterion Webassessor
- Voucher did not migrate to Pearson VUE
- "Eligibility for CSA Voucher" badge shows expired
- Attempting exam registration still requires full payment (300 USD)
- Other users with the same training and timeline were able to register without cost
I have already raised a support case, but the issue is still unresolved, and I am unable to proceed with exam registration.
Any help, escalation, or guidance on how I can get the voucher migrated or reissued in Pearson VUE would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
