CSA limit attempt

Is there a limit of attempts to get the CSA servicenow?. i´ve done my 3rd attempt and now appears this message:

"You have a maximum of 4 attempt to achive the certification" but i´ve paid 100 USD in order to have at least 3 attempts, the other 2 attempt were done using a voucher, the second voucher was sent to me by a Servicenow Technician because of several issues during the first exam.

Make sure you study practice tests and read the exam objectives in NowLearning. You should be able to pass by the 2nd attempt with study and practice.

Here's the test prep, I think there's a simulator out there as well on NowLearning and tons of practice tests on Udemy.

Thanks a lot for the answer Ashley but i´ve studied, done tests etc. This is the second attempt and to be honest i am not agree with the results and i´d like to review the exam in order to check out my mistakes (if i made more than 6 mistakes) but it seems to be impossible, i am right? 

I am not saying that the materials are wrong, but i have my doubts regarding the corrections.

And honestly, i am working with Servicenow since 2016 so i have plenty practice, but thank you for the tip.

It's pass/fail, I haven't heard of a way to get feedback.

To be honest, I've been working with ServiceNow since 2016 as well, but can say for sure I wouldn't try to go in and take the CSA or any other exam without studying the test preps and release notes first as the exam and platform differ vastly from when I started to now.

The exam is about knowing the terminology. I've also used SN for many years and recently passed the exam. You just know where things are or how to do them, but for this you need to know the official names.

Thank you for the link but only makes me be stronger in my idea, i´ve been reviewing some tests and the correct answers listed in these tests,  are the same i chose in last saturday´s test.

For this, please can you give me the correct contact person in certification group in order to transfer my doubt.
