CSA limit attempt

Is there a limit of attempts to get the CSA servicenow?. i´ve done my 3rd attempt and now appears this message:

"You have a maximum of 4 attempt to achive the certification" but i´ve paid 100 USD in order to have at least 3 attempts, the other 2 attempt were done using a voucher, the second voucher was sent to me by a Servicenow Technician because of several issues during the first exam.

I don't think you'll have any luck chasing this down with ServiceNow. I'm sure there thousands and thousands of people who have passed the test based on the existing questions. You'll be better off using your time to study more and retake the exam.

Like I mentioned before, log a personal case on NowLearning. That's your only option. Be aware though, sometimes you'll get a response on NowLearning within 2-3 days, sometimes it takes more than a month.

I understand that the exams can cause frustration for several reasons. Though basically, you won't get any insights into how you did on the exam. It's just pass or fail. Even the passing percentage is unknown, rumours on Community are that it's 75% or 80%. Maybe through Now Learning a ServiceNow employee can do a double-check on your submitted exam. Though wonder if they will mention any details other than the pass or fail.

I do see people mentioning test exams, Udemy, etc. in this topic. In my opinion: be really careful with stuff like that. I've seen quizlets which were horrible! Heavily outdated, containing incorrect answers, etc..
For most exams I've taken, all questions and answers are just in the eBook.

Hi Mark good morning.

I am so sorry but now i have more doubts.........

You mean that the percentage to pass is not known?, and the percentage indicated in community to users are rumours not contrasted?

In other hand you mention "Ebook" what´s that? and where i can get it?

Summarizing, raise a case in nowlearning i am right? And not knowing the percentage i can find the answer "You failed 3 questions" case closed isn´t it?

In anyway i´d appreciate if you can clarify me what is eBook and how get it

ServiceNow has no official passing percentage mentioned anywhere. So any passing percentage you will find on the community (mentioned by random community members, these are not ServiceNow employees!!!): just rumours.

If you follow the ServiceNow fundamentals class (live/virtual), an eBook is included. I don't know if that's also the case for ServiceNow Fundamentals on-demand.
