In my understanding:
A. Reduces the need for code - Spokes provide pre-built Flow Designer actions for integration, minimizing the need for scripting.
C. Free spokes are available in the ServiceNow Store - Many spokes (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.) are available for free from the ServiceNow Store.
D. Ensures discoverability and reuse - because Spokes are modular and packaged with reusable actions and flows, making integrations easier to discover and reuse.
